GRIS Football takes each athlete through a complementary movement & body metric assessment to ensure each program is correctly tailored towards each client . Whether it be proactive -injury prevention, muscle building, agility, or a combination of them all- GRIS wants to make sure each client can walk away from their sessions with more information about their body and it’s movements. Ensuring confidence in lifting techniques and movement, through teaching, rather than telling, is a core philosophy we carry towards our clientele.
