To play the game, you have to understand the game. As part of being a GRIS Football athlete, film study and IQ sessions are a pivotal part in your progression. We are firm believers that confidence comes through knowledge, so being able to comprehend positioning, game-flow, structure and how you individually can play a part in your teams system, helps carry confidence onto the field. At GRIS we not only want our athletes to feel more confident on the ball, or stronger/faster, we also want them to have confidence in their understanding and comprehension of the game.
